Structural Greetings

Structural Greetings is a book which looks at different ways people have 
communicated in a interactive way, there is a range of formats, including 
pop ups, fold outs, self-constructions and cards that turn into something else,
something useful or something that holds something else. 
There is also a CD with all the nets to make the cards yourself, I could possibly
use these as a basis for some of my own designs.
