Greetings Cards- Design 1, Fairy

The first design that I have developed for a girls
greeting card is a fairy, looking at the skirt opening up
into the honeycomb fold.
I found an old fairy activity book at home which I 
have used as a basis for my illustrations. 

I have started to draw possible outlines
for the fairies wings and body, I am then going to take some of these forward
to build up the image of a fairy which
I will then digitally mock up and 
play around with colour and
then move onto print processes.

This is a basic plan of how the card will be made
up and possible ways it will be printed and 
assembled.
